Through the process clients are given access to a portal where they can review construction schedules in real time and communicate with management team to ensure all expectations are met. This is the best part of the process as we bring the hard work from preconstruction to life.

There are three key points in the project which include the framing inspection that allows clients the opportunity to make any final changes or revisions prior to drywall being hung. Clients will make all of their design selections with our Interior Design team and be given different options as they create the perfect blend of finishes for their new home. Our construction team will ensure exceptional quality and timely delivery as we work to get the certificate of occupancy on the home.

In addition to managing all of the construction operations, RDG is set up to handle bank draw schedules and flexible financing options as we understand the challenges to construction loans and have worked with many banks to ensure a smooth financial transition.
