Our Story

RDG Design Build started in 2017 when Chris Hodges and Coburn Murray, each with years of experience in the construction industry ranging from millwork to commercial flooring decided to work together to renovate a home on Stevens Rd. in Raleigh. With a lot of ideas, few resources, and a willingness to fail, what began as a house flipping partnership quickly grew into a vision for impacting the City and beyond by building a business that would excel in creative building and become one of Raleigh’s most respected design build firms. Now just a few years into their journey RDG represents a real estate investment, development, and design build construction business that is excited to serve the Triangle for many years to come.
