Leadership Team
Coburn is the co-founder and principle visionary of the company. As the executive of business development and growth initiatives Coburn works to align with new strategic partners and to aquire real estate that will provide RDG with the future projects that help to shape the company for years to come. Coburn and his wife Melissa, a long with their four children live in Garner where they enjoy a simple life and often travel to Nicaragua for mission trips where he and Melissa both lived for several years.
Seth Peirce is one of the most talented builders and field managers in the area. With years of experience working with some of Raleighs custom home building teams, Seth joined RDG as a leader with hopes of helping to build a different kind of construction company. Seth is the most instrumental component to the execution of projects in the field and manages all relationships with sub contractors, many times coordinating schedules and work in multiple languages as a fluent Spanish speaker and seasoned veteran in the construction industry. Seth and his wife Shell, a long with their two daughters live in E. Raleigh and also travel to Nicaragua often where they lived for two years working to help build community centers.
David Blanton is the youngest member of the leadership team and has stepped into the assistant project manager role with great enthusiasm. David has always been interested in built environments, and even as a theology student at Duke Divinity School found himself drawn to building and architecture. David is interested in pursuing an architecture degree in the future and is realizing how much influence a small real estate development and construction company can have as he has embraced all aspects of project management. David supports Seth and Chris as the back bone to the administrative management of each project.
Chris is the co-founder of RDG and serves as the companies executive of operations and finance. As a building contractor with an eye for design and a passion for creative solutions Chris has personally overseen hundreds of projects as small as custom kitchens and as large as new build sub-divisions. Chris and his wife Allie a long with their three children live in Mid-Town Raleigh where they enjoy weekends at the lake and are active members of The Point Church. Chris serves on the board of several local Non Profits and believes that running a business is a great responsibility and an opportunity to help others achieve their dreams.
