Renovations
The Stevens Farmhouse was built in the early 1900’s and was in such a state of disrepair that it was difficult to keep any of this homes original features. RDG created a unique new home design that would utilize much of the original homes foundation and front wall elevation. Additionally the 100 year old pine timbers that were used to frame the original structure were milled and repurposed as wide plank 3/4” inch hardwoods throughout the living area.
The home serves as a unique representation of what RDG stands for. We approach each home renovation as an opportunity to create something amazing. Whether we are working with a farmhouse built in the early 1900’s or a mid century modern ranch, we are committed to building a home that will last.
